Payment and Delivery Information for Bespoke Items

We require a non-refundable deposit on every order, this will usually be 50% of the price you are quoted. 

In some instances we can offer payment plans. The amount you pay and how often is completely up to you but you must pay on time or your order will be cancelled. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid in full.
On completion of your order, the final balance must be paid in full before delivery. Your item will not be delivered or dispatched unless it is paid. Payment must be made within 24 hours and delivery arranged ASAP. Due to the size of our current workshop, we are unable to keep hold of large items. You will be sent a photo of your order when it is complete, as well as an invoice via email for final payment.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of completion, a £15 late payment fee will be automatically added to your final invoice payment. 

You will be given a turnaround/wait time when we send you the online invoice for payment. If the payment is not made straight away this wait time may change. Your order is put in a queue. (Example: if you receive the invoice but do not pay the deposit until 3 days later, but we have 3 more orders confirmed before you pay then those orders will come before yours).

We accept online payments via our invoice (provided by Square), this will be emailed to you and have a link to pay. We also accept Clearpay, PayPal and bank transfer.

The majority of our orders we deliver and install ourselves. This will usually be offered with a small fee depending on where you are located and how complicated installation is.
All our smaller items can be sent via a courier at an extra cost.

However, our larger items can only be sent via a courier if we are able to dismantle the item. This does of course require you to build the item when it reaches you. We do supply full instructions aswell as all the fixtures and fittings required.
You are also welcome to collect your item(s) but we do ask that you do so ASAP as space in the workshop is limited.
